I have been lucky enough to come on a number of training sessions with Social Progress in the past year, thanks to a local grant. These have been SO helpful for me and my colleagues especially in my first year in marketing. Although pretty familiar with social media, Janet and Esther tailored to my needs and reaffirmed what I thought, as well as giving me a lot of advice and most importantly giving me the confidence in what I do in using social media for a fast-growing business. We also worked together on a Social Media Strategy & Planning Session and received a calendar, planner and a full Social Media Review which was amazingly detailed and gave so much creative advice which made us re-evaluate and improve (I still refer to this all the time!)

Janet also came and did a Twitter Training Session for all of the senior leadership team who had very limited knowledge so I assumed that this would completely confuse some of them – however I was wrong and the amount of positive feedback that I heard and still hear is amazing on how she made it so easy for them to understand!

Both Janet and Esther are so down to earth and great listeners, showing a real care & interest for the individual business. I would recommend Social Progress to anybody – beginners to more advanced as I’ve seen first-hand how much they’ve helped and the huge effect they’ve had on our business.
