Our modern Apprenticeship programme at Syngenta is recognised in the Top 100 Employer list in the UK, so during our recruitment campaign we were very keen to highlight the standard of our work and reach out to potential applicants. We wanted to create awareness across the region of what a great opportunity a modern apprenticeship can be.
