Shoot Yourself – Video Planning and Filming Workshop
Businesses of all sizes are beginning to understand how powerful video can be – but factors such as cost, lack of skill and poor understanding of how best to use video as part of a marketing strategy, are preventing businesses from making the most of this growing marketing tool.
This half-day training course, organised and presented by Liquid Lens, is part of our series of workshops designed to help businesses harness the power of video for themselves.
Shoot Yourself! is a practical skills workshop that will help attendees use their camcorder or smart phone to produce videos.
We’ll teach basic techniques such as framing, lighting, content planning and audio to improve the videos you make – without the need for an expensive filming kit.
Attendees should bring a camcorder, ipad or a smart phone. You’ll also get the chance to look at and try some of the equipment we use.
- The correct equipment to use
- Capture and composition
- How to plan your first video
- Types of video you could make
- Why make a video in the first place
- Script tips and help
- Loads of helpful hands on advice
We have a maximum of 8 attendees per course to make sure everyone can benefit from individual and specific attention.
The course is both practical and interactive and we give you plenty of time to put together your first video with a little help from us. Don’t forget your camera or camera phone!
